Cathy Langley

Registered Psychotherapist

I am a registered psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples. In addition to relationships, anxiety, self-doubt and depression, my interests include career and workplace challenges; illness and disability; trauma and loss; life transition; Asperger’s; and issues of cultural difference.

People come to psychotherapy because they want things to be better, and we will explore what “better” means for you. Through our shared focus on your feelings, your thoughts, and your experience, we’ll gain a shared sense of what you want for your life and your relationships, what might be getting in the way, and what might help these obstacles to shift.

My approach is conversational and reflective. My efforts to understand what it’s like for you, and your efforts to help me understand, will connect you more deeply with yourself, facilitating resilience, growth, and more satisfying connection with others.
